What a typical session looks like

After a brief check-in, you'll lie comfortably on a treatment table. We apply a clear conductive gel over the treatment area and pass the SoftWave applicator gently across the skin. A typical session lasts 10–15 minutes and is followed by a short reassessment.

What to expect afterward

You may feel immediate relief, mild soreness like after a workout, or both — all are normal signs that healing has been triggered. Hydration and gentle movement help maximize results.
